Experience
I attended the University of North Carolina, where I received a bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering. My college education gave me the opportunity to get some hands-on experience in my field, including using CAD software to help create prosthetic implants. As someone who loves teaching and learning, I've always tried to share my experiences with anyone who's interested. Ever since I was a high school student, I've also been a math tutor. As an engineer, I know just how important math is in our day-to-day lives, which is why I strive to help people gain a better understanding of the content. I think that a good education isn't one that just prepares students for upcoming tests, but rather teaches them skills that they can use out in the world. For this reason, I like to tutor math in a way that students can relate to, so that they can use their coursework to help them solve problems throughout life. It's my goal to ensure that all of my students have the knowledge and skills needed to succeed, both academically and professionally. When I'm not teaching, I like to spend my time playing team sports, swimming, and cooking new types of food.
