27 years as a math teacher/tutor for all grade levels K-14. I have been adjunct faculty for Walden University, Capella University, Durham Tech Comm College, Middle College High School, and The Duke School. I am also the owner of The Math Center Tutoring Service. (www.TheMathCenterTutoring.com) I rotate between which adjunct positions I take each semester and tutor with private students for the remainder of the day. I work with students who need to accelerate their learning as well as students with learning disabilities. I really enjoy working one on on with students. I cover most of the Triangle area, depending how it fits into my schedule. I will teach in student's home, in a library, at the student's school, or online. I have a current background check available.
