Experience
I have previously tutored students in algebra, geometry, and math (6-8), as well as tutoring on the university level as well. However, I am well versed in all of the subjects listed in my profile. I took several advanced placement (AP) courses throughout high school. I work well with students of all ages. I particularly enjoy working with the middle and high school population but as a parent of a 6-year old I also work well with elementary students. I have taken many standardized tests and can be of assistance in those areas as well. I have taken the SAT, ACT, and the LSAT. I can offer study assistance and tips for these tests. As a criminal justice major and a recent law school graduate I can offer lots of assistance for studying any law related courses. I also have a lot of job experience in these fields as well. I have taught law related courses to 10th grade students as a part of a law school co-op program. I am not necessarily "fluent" in Spanish, however I have been taking Spanish since elementary school, took AP Spanish courses throughout high school, and minored in Spanish at the university level. I am a great tutor, however, if you are looking for someone to give you the answers I AM NOT THE BEST CHOICE FOR YOU! You will work during our tutoring sessions :) I like to work with my students and teach them creative ways to understand and retain the information on their own. We will utilize your class notes and text books to come up with an efficient way for you to be successful in your courses. If necessary, I will also contact your teachers/professors to be sure you reach your maximum potential.
