I have experience training and developing individuals into leadership roles. Everybody has a different way of learning and my ability to pinpoint that allows me to create a better learning environment for people. I initially struggle in school because of the time it took to play sports, so I needed to not only apply but come up with new ways for me to retain and learn information. My ability to relate to almost anyone will allow me to be a better teacher and coach.
