Education
Received a BA in Spanish from Furman University in 1998. I was also certified to teach in a Secondary Education setting.
Experience
I am currently certified to teach Spanish (K-12) in North Carolina. I taught in a high school for one year, and I have extensive years of experience as a tutor in Spanish and ESL. I lived in Spain during college, and I lived and worked in Mexico for two years. My husband is from Mexico, and we speak Spanish with our children at home.
