Currently, I am a candidate for a Masters of Engineering in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering at North Carolina State University. Experience
I have approximately 2 years of experience as a private tutor. This work was done, mostly, in my Junior and Senior years of my undergraduate career. I worked with a variety of college level students in "Physics", "Chemistry", "Mechanics of Static Systems", "Solid Mechanics", and "Fluid Mechanics". Additionally, I have worked with several middle/high school students in "Algebra", "Pre-Algebra", "Geometry", "Pre-Calculus", and "Calculus". The experience that most affected me, however, was my time as a Teaching Assistant at NCSU. I composed and delivered weekly lectures and quizzes for CE 342: Introduction to Geotechnical Engineering. I received excellent instructor evaluations and absolutely fell in love with education. I believe that my combination of education and experience makes me a wonderful candidate for your tutoring/supplemental education needs.
