Experience
I would like to be a tutor because of three main reasons. 1. I really enjoy the material I study and absolutely love sharing it with other people. 2. Tutors have saved my bacon in the past in subjects that I am not as skilled at. Thus I would like to pay it forward. 3. Struggling with school work leads to seen and unexpected problems for youth. I would like to help kids (and people in general) to feel more confident in themselves and truly excel at what they put their minds to. I have taken many Geology, Paleontology, Earth Science, Geography, GIS, and related science classes. My love for the outdoors and the natural world is a large portion of who I am. I am also an avid reader and writer.

Hobbies
Like I said above, one of my biggest hobbies is reading. JRR Tolkien opened my imagination at a young age with the Hobbit and turned me into a lifetime fan of the fantasy and science fiction genres. My other main hobby is hiking and other outdoor adventures. You can not adequately study the Earth without getting out there and seeing it!
